I’ve been coming to this office in Salisbury, since moving here from Alabama in 2019. Dr. Patel and his staff are “WONDERFUL” and my visits are always pleasurable. Dr.Patel and his Assistants let you know every thing they're going to do and what the total cost will be before any services are rendered. Rachel is an AWESOME Hygienist!

I have been going to Dental Works in Salisbury for more than 5 years. The staff is very friendly and my technician is very kind. She takes her time to explain anything I have a question about. Not having had a cavity, I really don't know the dentist.

Another pain free visit to the dentist office, for x-rays and cleaning. I always get nervous and anxious whenever I go to the dentist, even when it’s just to get my teeth cleaned. The hygienist, Rachel, does a great job at making you feel at ease as soon as she walks into the room. Dr. Patel is very nice, as well. In fact everyone in this office is friendly and helpful.

Quick, friendly, efficient check in. Dr. Patel's examination was courteous and thorough. Rachel is one of the best hygienists I've ever had perform a cleaning; she's attentive and gentle, but achieves results. I'll definitely continue to be a patient at this Dentalworks location.

Great place to go for any dental work. Rachel the hygienist is absolutely awesome! I went from completely hating to go to the dentist even for just a cleaning, to actually not minding going at all. But ONLY because of the best hygienist ever Rachel. So when making your choice on which dental office to decide on choose Dental Works. Especially the Salisbury NC location.

How Veneers Redesign Your Smile

Step 1

Smile Design & Preview

Tell us what you want to change. We capture photos/scans, discuss shape and shade, and show a digital preview so you can see the direction before we begin.

Step 2

Prep & Temporaries

We conservatively prepare teeth (or skip prep for select cases) and place custom temporaries. You “test drive” length, shape, and color in real life.

Step 3

Custom Crafting & Placement

Your final veneers—eMax, porcelain, or no-prep—are crafted for strength and translucency. We bond and polish, then fine-tune your bite for comfort.

Step 4

Follow-Up & Protection

We check fit at follow-up, share simple care tips, and recommend a night guard when helpful to protect your new smile.

Veneer Options Tailored To Your Goals

eMax Veneers

Durable glass-ceramic with lifelike translucency; ideal for high esthetics and strength.

Porcelain Veneers

Classic beauty with customizable color and shape; great for broader makeovers.

No-Prep Veneers

Minimal or no enamel reduction in select cases; a conservative option when anatomy allows.

What Veneers Treat (And Why It Helps)

  • Stains and Discoloration: Mask deep stains for a bright, even shade that doesn’t fade.
  • Gaps and Spacing: Close spaces for a uniform smile without lengthy orthodontics.
  • Worn or Chipped Edges: Restore length and symmetry while reinforcing weak enamel.
  • Mild Misalignment: Create the appearance of straight, balanced teeth in fewer visits.

Day-To-Day Benefits You’ll Notice

  • Confident photos and conversations with a smile that fits your face
  • Fewer whitening touch-ups thanks to stain-resistant ceramics
  • Minimal downtime with efficient appointments and on-site coordination
  • Clear care plan you can follow at home

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is a good candidate?

Any patient with healthy gums, sufficient enamel, and clear goals. We’ll confirm candidacy at your consultation and discuss alternatives if veneers aren’t the best fit.

Can veneers be whitened later?

Porcelain doesn’t bleach. We’ll choose your ideal shade during design and can whiten natural teeth to match.

How do I care for veneers?

Brush and floss daily, use non-abrasive toothpaste, and wear a night guard if recommended.

Are veneers covered by insurance?

They’re often considered cosmetic. We’ll check your benefits and map financing that fits your budget.

How many visits will I need for veneers?

Most smile designs take 2–3 visits from consult to placement, with a follow-up for fine-tuning.

Can I eat normally with veneers?

Yes. Enjoy a full diet—just avoid using teeth as tools and be mindful with very hard foods.

Is the procedure comfortable?

We use gentle, local numbing and move at your pace. Most patients report minimal soreness after prep.

Are veneers permanent?

Yes. Most cases require removing a small amount of enamel; we’ll be conservative and explain exactly how much.

Do veneers look natural?

We customize shade, shape, and translucency to match your features. The goal is “you, only brighter.”

How long do veneers last?

Many veneers last 10–15 years or longer with good home care and routine checkups.
