I’ve been coming to this office in Salisbury, since moving here from Alabama in 2019. Dr. Patel and his staff are “WONDERFUL” and my visits are always pleasurable. Dr.Patel and his Assistants let you know every thing they're going to do and what the total cost will be before any services are rendered. Rachel is an AWESOME Hygienist!

I have been going to Dental Works in Salisbury for more than 5 years. The staff is very friendly and my technician is very kind. She takes her time to explain anything I have a question about. Not having had a cavity, I really don't know the dentist.

I called to make an appointment and I was impressed how fast I got it. Everyone there is nice. The place was well cleaned and I was impressed with everything. After I received my Dentures I have not had to return to get them adjusted. Dental works done an excellent Job. Thank you!

A pleasant and professional experience. The young lady whom made my molds for dentures was patience and amiable during my stay. A good spirit and attitude makes an excellent dentistry visit.

Our youngest daughter came to this facility for extractions prior to braces. The support staff and those who handled direct care had professional bedside manner and the provided upmost quality care! Coming from a medical provider, I would highly recommend this facility!

The staff at the salisbury's office are friendly, professional, and flexible. The office is clean, organized and nicely decorated. I feel very comfortable when I go to my appointments. I would recommend Dr. Patel's practice.

Everyone is friendly. Especially if dentists make you nervous. They make you feel at ease and answer all your questions. I have never seen a group of people that work so hard to make your smile perfect.

They understand your needs and will provide you with a plan moving forward and they take a variety of insurances and will work with you on payments. Another pain free visit to the dentist office, for x-rays and cleaning. I always get nervous and anxious whenever I go to the dentist, even when it’s just to get my teeth cleaned. The hygienist, Rachel, does a great job at making you feel at ease as soon as she walks into the room. Dr. Patel is very nice, as well. In fact everyone in this office is friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend this dental office. The staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to take care of your needs. My whole family goes here. They really take the "pain and fear" out of going to the dentist.

Everyone was very pleasant. Questions were answered efficiently. Dentist was very nice and told me what I needed to fix my issue and afterwards a lady from finance came in and told you what it was gonna cost and each step on how to proceed.

As always I received very professional and friendly service. The hygienist and dentist are excellent and the supporting staff are welcoming and answer all questions quickly. I always know my costs ahead and all questions are important.

Quick, friendly, efficient check in. Dr. Patel's examination was courteous and thorough. Rachel is one of the best hygienists I've ever had perform a cleaning; she's attentive and gentle, but achieves results. I'll definitely continue to be a patient at this Dentalworks location.

I would like to say thank you to the very friendly staff. Their touch were all soo soft & soothing expertise while working on my teeth. No harshness at all.! Great place to go for any dental work. Rachel the hygienist is absolutely awesome! I went from completely hating to go to the dentist even for just a cleaning, to actually not minding going at all. But ONLY because of the best hygienist ever Rachel. So when making your choice on which dental office to decide on choose Dental Works. Especially the Salisbury NC location.
